Ingredients:
- 300 g Chicken
- Two cup Fresh cream
- Two table spoon Ground red chilli
- One table spoon Cumin powder
- 1/2 table spoon Garam masala
- Oil as Required
- Two table spoon Butter
- Two table spoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 cup Tomato paste
- Salt to Taste
How To Cook:
- Pour Oil in a pan & Fry Ginger _ Garlic paste in it.
- Add Chicken pieces to it & Saute them until they are Tender.
- Fry Tomato paste ‘ Red chilli ‘ Cumin powder & Butter.
- Then add Cream to it.
- Cook the Chicken on slow Flame ‘ until it’s done & the water Driese up.
- Garnish with Coriander & Ginger.
- Serve with Chapatti.
- Chef’s tip: If you want to Thicken cream ‘ just add two or three Drops of lemon juice while Beating it.
