Butter Chicken




Ingredients:

  • 300 g Chicken 
  • Two cup Fresh cream 
  • Two table spoon Ground red chilli 
  • One table spoon Cumin powder 
  • 1/2 table spoon Garam masala 
  • Oil as Required
  • Two table spoon Butter 
  • Two table spoon Ginger garlic paste 
  • 1/2 cup Tomato paste 
  • Salt to Taste

How To Cook:

  1. Pour Oil in a pan & Fry Ginger _ Garlic paste in it.
  2. Add Chicken pieces to it & Saute them until they are Tender.
  3. Fry Tomato paste ‘ Red chilli ‘ Cumin powder & Butter.
  4. Then add Cream to it.
  5. Cook the Chicken on slow Flame ‘ until it’s done & the water Driese up.
  6. Garnish with Coriander & Ginger.
  7. Serve with Chapatti.
  8. Chef’s tip: If you want to Thicken cream ‘ just add two or three Drops of lemon juice while Beating it.
