Ingredients
- Twenty samosa strips
- 30 grams rice noodles
- One cup bean sprouts
- ½ cup bamboo shoots
- One cup cabbage (thinly sliced)
- ¼ bunch spring onions
- one table spoon salt
- ¼ table spoon black pepper powder
- One table spoon soya sauce
- One table spoon sesame seed oil
- 2 eggs
- Oil for frying
How To Make:
- Soak Rice Noodles For Fifteen Minutes (They Do Not Require Boiling).
- Heat Sesame Seeds Oil in a Wok.
- Add Rice Noodles ‘ Bamboo shots ‘ Cabbage ‘ Spring onions ‘ Salt ‘ Black pepper powder ‘ Soya sauce’ Bean Sprouts & One Egg.
- Stir Fry for 1-2 Minutes.
- Put Off the Flame, Place all Ingredients at 1 End of Samosa Strips.
- Fold Them and Close the Edges with Beaten Egg, Then Deep Fry till Golden Brown.
- Take Them Out on Paper Towel.
- Serve Delicious ‘ hot ‘ Crispy Spring Rolls with Ketchup.
